We work hard to keep listing information, sold data, and market statistics accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it. Data comes from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) MLS system and other sources we believe are reliable — but errors happen, listings change, and you should verify anything important independently.
Free tools
Our calculators and tools (mortgage penalty check, net proceeds, closing costs, and the rest) produce estimates, not exact figures. Your lender, lawyer, or contract decides the real numbers — not the tool.
