Guide updated · September 2026

The Queensway is a west-end neighbourhood where quiet residential streets sit just off a busy, evolving corridor. Older detached and semi-detached homes share the area with townhomes, established condo buildings, and new mixed-use development.

The practical draw is clear: shops and everyday services along the avenue, parks close by, bus connections to Line 2, and quick access to the Gardiner and QEW. But this is a block-by-block market. The right street, exposure, parking setup, and building can change the value conversation quickly.

The neighbourhood's commercial spine. It is also an identified growth avenue, with older storefronts increasingly sharing the street with newer mixed-use buildings.

Residential side streets

Move a block or two off the avenue and the feel changes quickly — detached and semi-detached homes, mature lots, and quieter everyday streets.

Queensway Park

A useful neighbourhood anchor with baseball, tennis, and playground facilities.

South Humber Park

Green space leading toward the Humber River and Toronto's waterfront trail network.
