If you're planning to sell, it can feel pretty seductive to do a renovation. Maybe you're thinking about doing your kitchen or doing your washrooms. But the truth is that in this market most renovations don't create value for you. They cost more than you get back.

But there are a number of smaller improvements that can really move the needle. And so to help our clients with that, we built a tool on our website called FixIt or SkipIt. It lets you walk through your home, either with us or even on your home before you meet with us. And check off those items that you're thinking of doing. It will give you an approximate price range to do those improvements. And it will recommend whether you fix it or you skip it.

So if you want to go through that exercise, just click on my profile up above. Click on FixIt or SkipIt. And if you're looking for a valuation on your property, just send me the message, value, and we'll get to work for you.
