What is the difference between a real estate agent, airtakes, and a real estate professional? What's the difference? How can you tell the difference?

Well, if you are interviewing realtors to represent you for the sale of a property,

and the realtor that you are currently interviewing is only telling you things that you wanted to hear and is agreeing with every single thing that you say, well, they may just be tickling your ears, and that's what a real estate agent might do. You know, that's not the hallmark of a real estate professional. A professional real estate agent is an advisor. It's someone who's going to give you advice, ground it in math, in historical sales, and ground it in reality. And so, if you're interviewing realtors, and you interview two or three, and two of them are telling you what you want to hear, and one is telling you things that you don't want to hear, but you need to hear, it may very well be that that is the agent who is the real estate professional.
