If you have started to look for real estate, and you haven't sold your current property yet, and you haven't talked to the bank yet, and I just encourage you, you skip to a couple of steps. And I'm just, I really am saying that because I want to help you, because here's what happens. If you start to look for the upside, the next property, without knowing what your property is worth and without knowing what the bank will lend you, all a lot of times what happens is I've seen it so many times is, you know, you end up falling in love with the property that it turns out as not attainable, and then everything else just pales in comparison. So one of your first steps is how does come in will do a comparative market analysis. We'll let you know what your property will sell for it in the credit market and set up a meeting with your bank or a mortgage broker. We've got several that we can refer, get that part in order, and then start looking to upsize.
