Had such a great experience recently with a realtor that I was working with, the other realtor was on the selling side, I was on the buyer's side, it's so great when you work with realtors who understand that it is a cooperation business. In this case, because that realtor was a pro and I'm a pro, we both were able to get our clients things that otherwise probably wouldn't have made their way to the table. And so it's a funny thing, I mentioned this story because there's this weird belief among some in the world that when you hire a realtor, you want someone who's a brash who will bulldoze the other side, you know, is going to stand up for your rights, if you actually think that hiring a rude professional to represent you is going to get you the best results, you are living in a dream world that's not how human relationships work and it's not how the real estate business works either.
