So I'm at Jet Fuel Coffee Shop in Cabbagetown and I know some of you remember the Coffee in the Car with Jim series while this is the same concept except I actually get a better seat. So let's go inside and grab a pastry and a coffee at Jet Fuel and I'll tell you what's really cool about living in Cabbagetown.
What's neat about the market here? Well one thing is that within about ten minutes of Jet Fuel there are thirteen hard-loft conversions and within a three or four minute walk there are five hard-loft conversions. You can find those on our website on the hard-lofts section. And an interesting property in the market right now is on Wellesley Street. It's in an old Victorian converted to condos as well as the mansion and right now you can buy that 1,070 sq ft condo conversion for about $750,000.
So that's what Cabbagetown is about unique urban dwellings. Many of them with a long long history dating back to the 1800s and if you'd like to know more about what it would cost you to live in Cabbagetown, send me a message. See you on the next episode of Coffee in the Hood with Jim.
