What are some of the things that you should not do when you are looking at properties with your realtor?
So, here's some things.
When you are actually, oh, here I'm going to adjust this.
When you arrive at the showing,
the real estate agent is going to have instructions from the seller's agent. It may be things such as, please remove your shoes.
Well, folks, if it says that, well, then please remove your shoes. We have to remember we're a guest in that home. Someone is selling the property. It's still their home. We're their guest. We want to make a good impression on them.
Another thing, don't trash talk the house. You may hate the colors, the way that the furniture is set up. All sorts of things only be positive, not too positive, but be positive because chances are they're listening to your conversation.
