Here is a crazy story, there's a realtor who was sued by his buyer clients. Why did they sue him? Well it turns out that these clients of his had viewed a property and they had some unfavorable feedback for the sellers. Now you may not know this, but every time a realtor shows a property, the seller's agent will request feedback.
And that's helpful so that the sellers understand, you know, what are the pros, what are the cons about the property that is for sale. So the realtor relates some pretty negative comments about the seller's property because his buyer clients weren't interested in it. So he gave them the truth.
Sellers were super offended by that, really offended. And that wouldn't necessarily be a problem, except then his buyer clients decided that, oh wait a second, they actually did like that property and they would like to put an offer in on it. And guess what? Sellers were still so offended they would not consider an offer from those buyers.
So all I have to say is this, is that sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. And you know what, both the sellers and the buyers, well they got to suck it up buttercup. For the sellers, when you're selling a property, your best friend in the whole world is the person who is willing to write an offer to you.
Right? Like don't be offended by someone who's going to write an offer to you. This is business. And for the buyers, like talk about crazy, they're actually suing their agent because he gave on his feedback on a property. In fact, it was their feedback on the property. So the world is getting more litigious and sometimes crazy stuff happens.
I don't know what to say. But I do know, if you'd like to know what your home value is, you can just comment value in the comments below. And that's something I can definitely help you out with.
