Today I'm coming to you from the Balzac's at the Distillery District and I got admit I actually thought this was the original location till I did some research turns out this was actually the third location the second and the first formal Balzac's location was in Stratford, Ontario but the founder of Balzac's actually started out with a coffee cart at Ontario Place back in 1993 so let's go inside and I'm gonna order the signature drink which is a maple latte and a butter tart and then I'm gonna talk to you about what you can buy in real estate in this neck of the woods.
So I normally don't do sweet drinks but I got to say that's pretty good and well butter tart who doesn't love a butter tart? Is it very good? You got to check it out.
Okay so let's talk about neighborhood real estate right now you can buy 538 square feet it's on the market for about $450,000 and then there's also one that's about 1,090 square feet and that's listed I'm just shy of $1.1 million so in this area there are 12 condos on the market right now average price selling price and distillery is around $900 per square foot that's kind of what you're gonna have to expect to pay to get into this super desirable mega walkable European feeling part of Toronto. If you're interested in looking at a condo down here just send me a message we'll get you out to see your little slice of real estate by Balzac's.
